Scraping, Cupping, and Medical Qi Gong Seminar

Approved CEU Credits: 24

Chinese healing modalities include more than acupuncture and herbal medicine.

At the core of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is our understanding of the body's natural energy, or "Qi." Health risks are a result of an imbalance of this energy in either direction – either too much or too little.

In this 3-day CEU-approved series, we explore three different and important forms of therapy commonly used in Chinese Medicine:

  • Gua Sha (therapeutic skin scraping)

  • Cupping

  • Qi Gong (energy work)

Enrollment Fee

$180.00 per day

Three consecutive Saturdays:
Oct. 12, 2019
Oct. 19, 2019
Oct. 26, 2019

We’ll cover one of the therapies each day, discussing its history, its uses, and general techniques that you can add immediately to your current practice.

This class is perfect for both the beginner and self-help enthusiast, as well as practitioners in holistic medicine who are looking to add to the breadth of their business.

The course is approved for 24 Continuing Education Units (CEU) through the California Acupuncture Board (CAB) and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB)
