Auricular Medicine is a highly developed and sophisticated system of diagnosis and treatment for health ailments using the external ear (auricle). The external ear is filled with concentrations of nerve endings and reflex zones which correspond to everything from bones to organs systems.

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese meditation practice for improving one's energy, vitality, strength and health. It combines physical movements with breathing exercises and is practiced by both healers and martial artists alike.

"An" in Chinese means to press, and "Ma," to rub; "Tui" meaning push, and "Na," to grasp. These are in fact 4 of the 22 fundamental massage techniques in the Anma Tuina system.
